  • Tell us More: We have stayed in the coach house once and the facilities in the house were excellent. For the next 3 years we stayed in the hotel which was a great time, the food was excellent the staff were really helpful.   • Tell us More: Such a lovely setting, lovely big light & airy room, so nice to have windows that open, shower a little weak but grab rails well sited. Husband loved bath. Breakfast very good. Didn't get to pool but will next time. Perfect mini break.

  • Tell us More: We arived at the Cliffden to be met by the very conciderate staff ,who bent over backwards to make our stay one to remember. The grounds of the hotel are fantastic and superbly maintained which are a treat to sit in and walk around.
    The food is 1st class , they have trips out and if you give enough notice they will ensure you get to your destination alot of the time it is part of the Cliffdens prices sometimes their is a nominal fee but its a great way to see the sights . we are a blind and partially art group and the subject matter is 1st class . the night life in the own is brilliant and friendly, Vootstoots is a must for all art works they have been fantastic towards the group and I. THEY ARE FACING THE SHIP IN IN THE TOWN OF TEIGNMOUTH it is most certainly worth a look we are there again on the 17th of july and have an exhibition for a week at 1 of the gallarys its called MAGNIFIED ART please come in show your support. the Cliffden is a beautiful friendly place to have a shot break or long stay . robert hunter magnified art

  • Tell us More: I had to take an unexpected short trip to see a sick family member in Teignmouth and chose The Cliffden to stay. I took it as it was the closest to where I needed to be. I was so pleased I did, as it was a great place to stay. Yes it caters for a lot of visually impaired people and has lots of guide dogs too but the staff do an excellent job of making sure all guests are looked after very well indeed. The room was clean, tidy and although a little basic was well presented and freshly decorated. The food was good with a lot of choice. I would recommend a stay here and would use the hotel again. A big thank you to all the staff as their hard work makes it a place you want to go back to. Big Thumbs Up
