By train

The nearest train station is Teignmouth, which is ½ mile from the hotel.

We offer a complimentary pick up and drop off service for our guests choosing to travel by train. Please contact the hotel no later that 1 week prior to arrival if you want to be collected from the train station.

By car

  1. Starting from Junction 31 on the M5 travelling towards Exeter
  2. Continue on to A38 at Telegraph Hill
  3. Bear left onto A380 sign posted ‘Torquay, Newton Abbot and Teignmouth’
  4. Proceed on to junction signposted ‘Teignmouth & Shaldon B3192’
  5. Proceed on and into Teignmouth
  6. At the bottom of the hill, turn left and follow on in left-hand lane
  7. After the railway station, turn left and follow the road up round to the right
  8. Take the next left up Dawlish Road
  9. Take the first right after the speed camera into Cliffden Close, then turn right you will then be at the Cliffden Hotel

By coach

National Express operates a service to Teignmouth.
The coach sets down at the Eastcliffe Car & Coach Park in Teignmouth.

By air

Exeter is the nearest airport.

We offer a pick up and drop off service for our guests choosing to travel by air. Please contact the hotel no later that 1 week prior to arrival if you want to be collected from the airport.
